20 Minute Virtual Consult
“Am I doing this correctly?”
Typically for only one carrier, in one position and one caregiver. This is a simple fit check to help you feel more comfortable and confident in your carrier.
60 Minute Virtual Consult
Need a little more direction? In this consult we’ll start with the basics, narrow down your selection in greater detail and then give you time to try 1-2 different carriers or position. Also great for helping a caregiver team through carrier selection and fitcheck.
90 Minute Virtual Consult
Your personal babywearing masterclass. We’ll delve into a multitude of topics, 2-3 different carriers or positions and we’ll provide tips and tricks to integrate babywearing into your daily life.
Group Classes
“We need our hands back”. In this class we’ll start with the different carrier styles and basics of babywearing safety. Then we’ll move onto tailor the experience to the needs of each caregiver group. Using our teaching library or carriers you may already own, you’ll learn to use different carrier styles together, helping to narrow down to the perfect fit for each caregiver.
2 hours long, maximum 4 caregiver sets, including baby. Please note: class size is purposely longer with a smaller, more focused caregiver group in order to accommodate the nuances of learning with a human child present.
For groups of expectant parents. In this class, we’ll discuss the benefits of babywearing, different carrier types, and what to look for when shopping for carriers or putting them on your registry. We’ll also used weighted dolls to practice putting on a stretchy wrap or soft structured carrier (your choice) and adjust it to fit both you and your newborn safely. Because learning to use a carrier doesn’t have to be a skill you learn while you’re also sleep deprived.
This 90 minute class designed for up to 5 caregiver duos at a time at the venue of your choice. Additional caregivers may be accommodated upon request at additional cost, but may extend the duration of the class.
